Accessibility Information

Accessible Seating Locations & ADA Information

Accessible seating inventory is located in the Lower East Sideline (Section ADA-E), Upper North End Zone (Sections NN-1 – NN-14), and Upper South End Zone (Sections SS-1 – SS-14). Inventory is not guaranteed and can only be fulfilled until exhausted.

Accessible Seating Tickets - Purchase

Patrons who would like to purchase accessible seating can do so on rolltide.com, or by calling the Ticket Office at 205-348-2262 provided the game is not sold out.

Accessible Seating Tickets - Exchange

Accessible seating exchange inventory varies from game to game, due to season ticket and single game sales. The Athletics Ticket Office will make every attempt to relocate your exchanged ticket near your original ticket location, but due to limited inventory this cannot be guaranteed.

In order to assist as many customers as possible, the Athletics Ticket Office must limit the number of exchanged tickets to four (4), in order to maximize inventory.

Day of Game Exchanges

Patrons who require accessible seating needs may exchange their seats at East Will Call located near Gate 44. Patrons may exchange their tickets for accessible seating beginning four (4) hours prior to the game. Inventory is not guaranteed and can only be fulfilled until exhausted. The Northwest Will Call located near Gate 4 will open (2) hours prior to the game.

Prior to Day of Game Exchanges

Patrons who require accessible seating needs may exchange their seats at the Coleman Coliseum Ticket Office Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. the week of the game (holidays or University closures may affect these hours).

Security Entrances

Guests needing an alternate screening method may request this to security personnel upon reaching a security checkpoint. Accessible security checkpoints are available for ease of access outside of Gates 7, 30, 39, 45 and 60.

In complete collaboration with the university, this locally based Learfield IMG College team is committed to extending the affinity of the Alabama brand to businesses and corporations of all sizes looking to align with the undeniably loyal and passionate collegiate fan base. As exclusive multimedia rightsholder for the Alabama Crimson Tide, CTSM manages all aspects of the rights relationship, providing corporate partners both traditional and new media opportunities with the university. They can bolster their own brand and garner maximum exposure through such inventory as venue signage; event sponsorships and promotion; corporate hospitality; radio and television; digital engagement and visibility via the official athletics website.

Animals

It is the policy of UA to ensure that people with disabilities who require the use of service animals (collectively referred to as "Assistance Animals") as a reasonable accommodation receive the benefit of the work or tasks performed by such animals. Support Animals, sometimes referred to as Emotional Support Animal (ESAs), Therapy Animals and/or Companion Animals, are not Service Animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). As such, service animals assisting individuals with disabilities are welcome within Bryant-Denny Stadium. All other animals are prohibited apart from specifically approved events.

Bag Policy

Football A-Z Index - Alabama Athletics (1)For quickest entry into the stadium, we strongly recommend that you do not bring a bag on gameday. If a bag is necessary, the bag must meet the following criteria in order to enter the stadium:

  • Bags that are CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12", or 1-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
  • Small clutch bags that are 4.5" x 6.5" or smaller with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.
  • Exceptions will only be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection by security personnel. Please ask for assistance at the gate.

Bag Searches

All guests will be subject to a search of their person and possessions prior to entering the stadium. All permissible bags per the policy of the event will be permitted into the stadium after a thorough inspection by security personnel. Guests should be prepared to open their bags for inspection and may be asked by security personnel to shift and possibly remove the contents.

Handheld banners, signs and flags are permitted within Bryant-Denny Stadium, provided they are not affixed to a pole and not commercial, political, or offensive in nature. However, banners may not be hung in the stadium and must be small enough to be handheld and not obstruct the view of others or cover stadium signage or scoreboards. Event security reserves the right to remove these items from your possession if deemed inappropriate for any and all reasons. See Prohibited Items.

Binoculars

Binoculars are permitted to be carried into the stadium. Binocular cases are not permitted into the stadium per the Clear Bag policy.

Bottles & Cups

Guests are permitted to bring empty, non-glass, bottles/cups into the stadium.

Cameras & Video Equipment

Guests are welcome to use still cameras for personal use at Bryant-Denny Stadium. Tripods, mono pods, "selfie sticks" and cameras with a lens longer than 6" (detachable or non-detachable) will NOT be permitted into the stadium. Video cameras and video recording of events with other devices are prohibited. See Prohibited Items.

Cell Phone Chargers

Individual cell phone chargers, including the charging block/cord and external rechargeable battery pack varieties, are permitted. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate the device's operational use to security personnel upon request.

Charging Stations

Fans are able to recharge their mobile devices and stay connected while at the event by using charging stations located at the following locations.

Fans will need to provide charging cords at locations below:

  • Level 1: inside the Student Plaza, near Gate 40
  • Level 2: S-1
  • Level 8: SS-5

Closed captioning is available above the videoboards in the Northwest and Southeast corners.

Computers/Tablets

Laptop computers are not permitted within Bryant-Denny Stadium. Tablets (e.g. iPads) are permitted if they are smaller than 12"x12"x6" in size and can be powered on during the security screening if requested. See Prohibited Items.

Gluten Free

Levy Concession offers the following gluten free options: Nachos, Dreamland Nachos, Chips, Candy, French Fries, Wings, Popcorn, Frozen Lemonade, Dippin' Dots.

Outside Food and Drink

Food and drink are not allowed to be brought into the stadium. We ask that fans either leave any food or drink items inside their vehicle or dispose of them at the security checkpoint before entering the stadium. Exceptions will be made for approved medically necessary snack items.

Vegetarian/Vegan

Coolers and Hard-Sided Containers

Coolers and hard-sided containers are prohibited per the Clear Bag Policy.

Cooling Stations

Cooling stations (PDF) which include Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical water monsters, fans, shaded seating, sunscreen, and first aid staff are located throughout the stadium.

Diaper Bags

Diaper bags are only permissible if they are clear and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". Each member of a family, including children, will be allowed to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse. Demonstrated in the images below, all necessary items typically carried in a diaper bag can fit within an approved clear bag.

Drones

For the safety of our guests and visitors, with limited exceptions, the operation of drones, unmanned aircraft and remote-controlled aircraft at and around Bryant-Denny Stadium is strictly prohibited during Gameday activities. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties. If you have questions, please contact Compliance, Ethics, and Regulatory Affairs.

Elevators

Guests needing assistance to any Upper Level seating area may utilize the options below.

Public Elevators: Gate 28, Gate 41, and Gate 55

Guests with disabilities and/or mobility challenges are given priority to public elevators. Some elevators are used to move the media and working staff and will periodically be taken out of service for this purpose. To ensure the safe and efficient operation of the elevators, we ask our guests to follow the directions of the elevator operators and the elevator lobby attendants at all times.

Lower Level seating may only be accessed by internal ramps connecting the 1st and 2nd floors.

Emergencies & Evacuation Procedures

In the event of an emergency, all Event Staff and Emergency Services personnel are available to assist guests in evacuating the stadium. It is a good idea to identify two emergency exits closest to your seat location. Families and groups should pre-designate a meeting location outside of the stadium in the event of an evacuation. Guests are asked to remain calm and follow the instructions of stadium event staff and the public address announcer.

Entrances

All guests should enter at the Gate listed on their ticket. This will expedite their entry and be the closest entrance to their seat location.

Family Restrooms

Family restrooms are reserved for the use of guests with small children and guests with disabilities. Family restrooms include: power outlets, chair, changing stations & shelving to accommodate various needs.

First Aid

First Aid is located on Level 1 at Section N in the Northwest corner of Bryant-Denny Stadium and on the Level 8 concourse behind Section SS-11. Guests in need of first-aid assistance should immediately contact an Event Staff member or nearest stadium employee. EMTs are available on-site to respond to medical emergencies.

Food & Drink

Food and drink are not allowed to be brought into the stadium.

We ask that fans either leave any prohibited food or drink items inside their vehicle or dispose of them at the security checkpoint before entering the stadium. Empty, non-glass, bottles/cups are permitted.

Exceptions will be made for approved medically necessary snack items.

With the sale of alcohol at Bryant-Denny Stadium, alcoholic beverages are prohibited from leaving the stadium. Fans must dispose of their alcoholic beverages or empty bottles/cans in recycle bins prior to exiting. Non-alcoholic beverages & containers (water bottles, souvenir cups, etc.) can be carried out of the stadium freely.

Game Programs

Game programs can be purchased both inside and outside Bryant-Denny Stadium. External locations are at the large kiosks outside of Gates 4, 13, 30, 38 and the corner of University and Stadium Drive (north end of the Walk of Champions). They go on sale four hours prior to kickoff.

Inside of Bryant-Denny Stadium, programs can be purchased at booths inside Gates 5, 17, 24 and 51 once gates open 2 hours prior to kickoff.

Programs are available while supplies last.

Guest Services

Alabama Athletics is committed to providing an exceptional experience for all guests who visit the stadium. Our Guest Service areas assist guests with facility/custodial issues, lost and found items, lost children, guest feedback, stadium directions and general information. Our Guest Services Center Help Line is available 5 hours prior to kick-off throughout the event. Guest Services Kiosks offer phone charging, sunscreen, concessions maps, stickers and posters while supplies last.

Lost and Found

Lost and Found is located on the Lower Level Concourse, Section C, near Gate 24. Lost and Found will be staffed 45 minutes following the end of the game. Items will be turned over to UAPD on Monday following home games.

Check UAPD's lost and found website for a list of lost items that have been turned in. UAPD can be reached by calling 205-348-5454.

Lost Children and Persons

A lost person should be brought to the First Aid Room located on the Lower Level Concourse, Section N, near Gate 13. You may also notify the nearest Security Officer or Event Staff personnel to further assist you.

The Media Entrance is located on the Northeast side of Bryant-Denny Stadium through Gate 57. Media Will Call is located at Gate 59. Only members of the media with proper credentials may use this entrance. Upon entering, bags will be inspected and tagged accordingly. Alabama Athletics Communications Department can be reached at 205-348-6084.

Medical Bags

Medical bags or special medical equipment (including insulin, medication, portable oxygen, small soft pack coolers and breast pumps) can be screened at any security entrance. Guests that have these items should report to the gate designated on their ticket and identify their need to the security personnel working the metal detectors.

Merchandise and Apparel

Alabama merchandise and souvenir area can be found at the following locations.

  • Exterior: Team Trailer, outside Gate 5
  • Level 1: Sections E, BB, KK
  • Level 2: Sections H, FF
  • Level 8: Section U3-H

Noisemakers

Noise making devices are not permitted inside Bryant-Denny Stadium. This includes, but is not limited to, items like air horns, cowbells and whistles. See Prohibited Items.

Nursing Stations

Private Nursing Stations are located near the following public seating areas:

  • Lower Level (1st Floor): Inside the First Aid Room, Section N
  • Upper Level (8th Floor): Section NN-11

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited inside Bryant-Denny Stadium:

  • Animals (service animals are permitted)
  • Artificial noisemakers (bells, horns, whistles, cow bells, etc.)
  • Banners/Flags/Signs commercial, political, or offensive in nature
  • Cameras with telephoto lenses over 6" long
  • Cans/glass bottles (empty plastic/metallic cups or bottles are permitted)
  • Seat backs larger than a single seat (16" wide)
  • Clear bags over 12" x 6" x 12" & Non-clear bags over 4 1/2" x 6 1/2", including coolers
  • Outside food and/or drink, including alcohol (Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs.)
  • Large electronics
  • Selfie Sticks/Tripods/Poles
  • Strollers/Carseats/Non-ADA compliant mobility devices
  • Umbrellas
  • Weapons and firearms &/or any other item deemed dangerous, unnecessary, inappropriate or suspicious in nature

Radios

Live Sports Game-Day Radios can be purchased both inside and outside Bryant-Denny Stadium. External locations are at the large kiosks outside of Gates 4, 13, 30, 38 and the corner of University and Stadium Drive (north end of the Walk of Champions). They go on sale four hours prior to kickoff.

Inside of Bryant-Denny Stadium, radios can be purchased inside Bryant-Denny Stadium at the large kiosk inside Gate 5 once gates open 2 hours prior to kickoff.

Fans can also reprogram their existing radios and purchase new batteries at all kiosks. Radios are available while supplies last.

Re-Entry

In accordance with University of Alabama and SEC policies, once admitted to the stadium, no ticket holder shall be permitted to leave and re-enter the facility on that ticket. A valid, unscanned ticket is required for every entry into Bryant-Denny Stadium.

Scalping/Resale of Tickets

Fans that purchase tickets from someone other than through the University of Alabama Athletics Ticket Office do so at their own risk and with the understanding that the tickets could be counterfeit. UA Athletics is not responsible for, and will not provide a replacement or refund of any kind for invalid tickets purchased through a secondary ticket provider. Please report any potential illegal scalping activity to the nearest Police Officer.

Seat Backs / Chair Backs

Seat backs, chair backs, or stadium seats larger 16 inches in width are prohibited.

Security Screening Policy

All guests will be subject to security screening prior to entry inside Bryant-Denny Stadium along with inspection of all approved clear bags and carry-in items. Security staff will utilize walk-through magnetometers, handheld metal detectors and/or a physical pat-down to screen all guests at security checkpoints. Patrons are asked to form single file lines and continue walking through detectors. If further screening is necessary, security staff will alert the patron. If a guest does not feel comfortable with the metal detector screening due to medical reasons, a physical pat-down will be conducted instead. Please have all bags open for security staff and be prepared to remove any item from inside the bag if requested for closer inspection. Guests electing not to consent to the metal detector screening or physical pat-down along with a bag search will be denied entry.

SEE Something, SAY Something

The, "If You See Something, Say Something" campaign, is a simple and effective program to engage the public and key frontline team members in identifying and reporting indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to the proper transportation and law enforcement authorities. If you See Something, Say Something! To report suspicious activity, see the nearest Event Staff employee or Security Officer or call 9-1-1.

Selfie Sticks

Selfie Sticks are not permitted inside Bryant-Denny Stadium. See Prohibited Items.

Sensory Bags

Sensory bags, equipped with noise canceling headphones, fidget tools, and verbal cue cards will also be available to guests at Bryant-Denny Stadium with sensory needs who may feel overwhelmed by the environment. Bags can be checked out by leaving an ID at the following locations

The University of Alabama is a Smoke Free Campus. All forms of smoking are prohibited on campus, including electronic cigarettes.

Non-Gameday

Coleman Coliseum Ticket Office: Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. (holidays or University closures may affect these hours).

Gameday

  • Northwest Will-Call (near Gate 4): 2 hours prior to kickoff
  • East Will-Call: (near Gate 44): 4 hours prior to kickoff
  • Gate 54; Non-Football Recruits: 2 hours prior to kickoff
  • Northeast Will-Call (near Gate 59); Visiting Team Player Pass: time dependent on the arrival of visiting team personnel

Umbrellas

For safety and line-of-sight reasons, umbrellas are not allowed in Bryant-Denny Stadium. Please leave umbrellas in your vehicle prior to entering the stadium. See Prohibited Items.

Walk of Champions

The Walk of Champions begins approximately 2 and a half hours prior to kickoff. The team is dropped off in the team buses on the north side of the stadium at University Boulevard and proceeds through the Walk of Champions into the stadium.

Embedded along the path into the stadium are displays from championship teams of the past, including all SEC and National championship teams in red granite squares and National Championship coach monuments to the west.

Water Monsters

Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical Water Monsters (PDF) featuring 150-gallon tanks of cold filtered water are located throughout Bryant-Denny Stadium to assist fans in staying cool and hydrated. Fans are permitted to bring empty, non-glass, bottles/cups inside to fill up at the various water stations. Small cups will also be provided next to the canister.

  • Lower Level (1st Floor): Sections G, LL, AA & Gates 7, 30, 38, & 59
  • Lower Level (2nd Floor): Sections D, K, BB, MM, S-8
  • Upper Level (8th Floor): Sections NN-1, NN-14, SS-1, SS-14

Weapons & Firearms

Weapons and firearms of all kinds are prohibited at Bryant-Denny Stadium with the exception of Law Enforcement officials whom are in uniform and are working the event. See Prohibited Items.

Weather

In the event of inclement weather, (i.e. dangerous winds, tornado, electrical storm, etc.) all guests will be advised that it is in their best interest to seek shelter. Emergency instructions will be delivered via the public address system and the message boards when possible.

Wheelchairs

Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available to guests on a first come first served basis. Fans can request complimentary wheelchair service by:

  • Calling the Wheelchair Assistance number: (205) 348-3703
  • Visiting the First Aid Room: Section N, inside Gate 13

The service is available to and from the entry gates and seating areas. Please be aware that our staff and wheelchair will not remain with you during the event. Courtesy wheelchairs can only take you as far as the gates and not beyond that point.

YETI Cups

Alabama-branded YETI cups can be purchased both inside and outside of Bryant-Denny Stadium.

  • External Locations : YETI cups can be purchased at the large program/radio kiosks outside of Gates 4, 13, 30, 38 and the corner of University and Stadium Drive (north end of the Walk of Champions). They go on sale four hours prior to kickoff.
  • Internal Locations : Cups can be purchased at merchandise stands below:
    • Level 1 : Section H, E, AA, JJ
    • Level 2 : Section G, FF
    • Level 8 : Section O, NN-8
